Mandy Mair

I have worked in Education for over 30 years gaining experience in Primary, Secondary, Further Education and Special schools.

Most recently I was a member of the senior leadership team at a Coventry Primary school and was Inclusion Leader and SENCO.  I am passionate about improving the educational opportunities for all children and young people and see the strategic role of the SENCO in mainstream schools as key to enabling the successful inclusion and best possible outcomes for learners with special educational needs.  Additionally, I am a qualified Specialist Teacher for students with Specific Learning Difficulties

Qualifications: BEd (Hons); Postgraduate Diploma in Special Educational Needs Coordination (National Award for Special Educational Needs Coordination); Postgraduate Diploma in Teaching and Assessing students with Specific Learning Difficulties.

Professional Accreditations:  SpLD Assessment Practising Certificate (BDA) Associate Member of the British Dyslexia Association (AMBDA)
